Session Information

I am a licensed therapist in Rhode Island offering in-person and telehealth therapy for adults across the state. My office is located in Middletown, RI.* Sessions are 53 minutes and are most often scheduled weekly or biweekly, with frequency decided together based on your needs and availability

What is somatic therapy?Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach that views the body as a source of wisdom and healing. It supports the mind–body connection and nervous system awareness by exploring how experiences are held in the body.Do I need to talk about my trauma?No. You don’t need to share anything before you feel ready. We prioritize building safety, trust, and resourcing before moving into deeper trauma processing work.What if I feel disconnected from my body or emotions?This is a very common experience, especially for people who have spent a long time in survival mode, feeling overwhelmed, or managing a lot internally. Therapy can gently support reconnection with your body and emotions over time, in a way that feels safe, paced, and free of pressure or judgment.
